What methods do you use to clean windows?
For interior windows, we always use traditional mop and squeegee methods to clean your windows. For exterior windows, we use a combination of traditional methods and our reverse osmosis and deionized water (RODI) system which uses pure water to clean your windows to a like-new finish. Each window is different and we use our professional judgement to give you the best clean each and every time!
Do you offer recurring window services?
We sure do - and we also suggest quarterly cleanings for most homes and monthly cleanings for storefronts! You’ll likely save some money with recurring cleans too, since it takes us much less time to keep your windows shining the more often we see them.
What is included in my window cleaning?
Great question! We include a cleaning of glass panes, a wipe down of frames, and a wipe down of your sills as standard for both interior and exterior window cleanings. We are able to offer screen cleanings and track cleanings as additional services and can discuss these in more detail during your free assessment.
I have really bad hard-water stains, can you help?
Absolutely we can! We use a proprietary solution to treat hard-water stains and offer this as an add-on service to our window cleanings (typically it only needs to happen once). Like with anything, results can vary slightly with old and neglected hard water stains but we think our reviews speak for themselves :)
I have a cracked window, can it be cleaned?
Unfortunately, we do not clean cracked or chipped glass. For the safety of our technicians and to extend the life of your cracked pane, we will not quote nor perform work on damaged glass - sorry!
I have paint on my frames and windows, can you remove it?
Our technicians are trained on paint removal and can absolutely address this during your window cleaning! For frames that have unwanted paint, we do have some options but it really depends on the state of the frames, we’d be happy to take a look and discuss your options during your free assessment.
