
Terms of service and pre-job expectations of our customers.
Payment Requirements
Payment is due upon completion of the job visit, unless otherwise stated or a service plan has been established with otherwise agreed upon payment terms. There are no exceptions. In the event of unsatisfactory work, we will perform services to bring the work product to a satisfactory state or perform additional services at no additional charge, not both. Should no additional services be requested by the customer, a good faith discount for the inconvenience will be applied but will under no circumstances exceed 15% of the job total. Customers with recurring service plans will not receive any good faith discount under any circumstances once the service plan has been established.
Assessment Expectations
Prior to providing a formal quote for any work we will request a time with the work requestor to perform an on-site assessment. The customer, or work requestor, does not need to be present for this assessment, though we do always appreciate it. In order for our assessment to be complete, we will need reasonable access to inspect and assess the areas where you have requested our services. We will never enter your home or business interior without you or an agent of your business present. We may however enter gates and fences to fully inspect and assess the exterior of your property. Pictures and videos will be taken during our inspections and assessments with no exceptions. By allowing our team on site, you fully release any claims against Wiley’s Property Services, LLC relating to the use of pictures or videos of your property. These photos and videos are necessary for our team to provide a complete and accurate job estimate and/or quote for the requested services. If we are unable to complete an assessment or inspection fully for any reason, we will request additional time to complete the assessment. No agent of Wiley’s Property Services will ever arrive at your property without your express consent and agreement to our scheduled assessment/inspection time.
Job Visit Expectations of the Customer
Our job is first and foremost to clean your property to the best of our ability, using the best tooling we have available, WITHOUT doing any damage. This requires deliberate action be taken by our team and, sometimes, means deliberately foregoing cleaning certain surfaces due to their condition (i.e. cracked windows, thinning stucco, etc). When interacting with our technicians and/or reviewing our work, we will remind you of this and appreciate your understanding on this. To state it again, our mission is to keep your property clean, but our primary job is to do so without any new damage.
Before we arrive on the day of your job visit. We expect surfaces that will be cleaned to be accessible, without barriers or blockages, and to be able to be accessed safely by our team. Should our team have to spend time moving furniture or other artifacts, you will be billed at a rate of $50 per man hour. For example, if two technicians spend 30 minutes moving artifacts in order to access the surfaces to be cleaned, you will be billed a total of $50, subject to local taxes.
Our technicians are not all allowed to give you prices or quotes for additional work while on site. If you would like to request additional services while our technicians are onsite, please call 325-603-3939 and we will ensure your new requests are quoted and executed properly, most of the time we’re able to accommodate while our team is onsite. Requesting additional services any other way is considered theft and our technicians will be fired for doing so.
Job Based Expectations:
For interior window cleans, windows must be accessible. We kindly request a 36-inch clear space between the window and the nearest furniture or artifact. We will be using your water source.
For exterior window cleans, we will be using your water source. We use a combination of water fed poles and traditional tooling to clean exterior windows, depending on the extent to which the cleaning requires.
For pressure washing or soft washing services, we will be using your water source. Any patio or driveway furniture or artifacts must be moved prior to our arrival (including cars) or you will be billed per our man hour rate.
For asphalt, concrete, or striping services, we will be using your water source. Our team will restrict access to the work site no less than 4-hours before work is to begin. Communication to tenants or other interested parties is the responsibility of you the client. If we are unable to perform our work as agreed upon and at the scheduled time, you will be billed $400/hour for each hour the site is not cleared and prepared for work, there are no exceptions. Should work need to be rescheduled, we are happy to accommodate at our next available and appropriate time for a fee of $850. In order to incur the rescheduling fee, work must be rescheduled no less than 4-hours before the work is set to commence.
